Hi Dzongkha editing community. I would like to put forward Karma Dhendup and Singye Dorji to be granted Admin rights. Both are part of a new group that includes Lopen Dorji Khando and Lopen Norbu Tshering of the Tsuglag, plus CFynn, that seeks to build on the excellent work already done. I hope you will support their nomination that we can all work together to improve the Dzongkha Wikipedia. As recommended by CFynn, I am willing to become an admin and contribute to Dzongkha Wikipedia. I have been working with the Dzongkha Development Commission (DDC) since 2009 as an ICT Officer. Recently, I have been assigned the task of adding Dzongkha articles in Dzongkha Wikipedia by DDC. I have also been asked to provide Dzongkha support in Wikipedia such as changing Dzongkha font, translate menu option names, etc. Being an admin, I will be able to contribute more and thus attract more readers. I am the creator of WikiProject «Bhutan» in Russian Wikipedia since 2010 and a Honorary Member of WikiProject «Bhutan» in English Wikipedia. I created the Portal «Bhutan» in Russian and Ukrainian Wikipedia. I have been keeping an eye on Dzongkha Wikipedia since 2010 and I am the most prolific editor for Dzongkha Wikipedia. Dzongkha Wikipedia needs native-speaking Dzongkha readers and editors. However, right now the interface and font in Dzongkha Wikipedia is not convenient for Dzongkha readers and editors. Therefore, Dzongkha Wikipedia has few or no readers and editors. Dzongkha Wikipedia needs a Dzongkha Writing Administrator to customize this Wikipedia for Dzongkha readers and editors. I trust CFynn's recommendation. (CFynn has been an active Wikipedia editor since 2008 on the English WikiProject «Bhutan».) Several people have asked me to be an Admin on this Wiki and I am willing to do this. I have basic knowledge of Dzongkha, and professional knowlege of character, font, and encoding issues and development of Dzongkha websites. I work as an IT consultant for the Dzongkha Development Commission (over 5 years), and previously worked for the National Library and Archives of Bhutan and for the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications in Bhutan. I have been making some contributions to the Dzongkha Wikipedia since January 2008 and editing other Wikipedia projects since February 2005.

I will ask someone else to volunteer as well, since I think it is important to have a minimum of at least two administrators with knowledge of Dzongkha if this Wiki is going to get anywhere.

I know CFynn's great contribution about Bhutan in English Wikipedia and in Wikimedia Commons. I'm glad CFynn decided to restore order in Dzongkha Wikipedia. I have known CFynn for years and have collaborated with him on three separate occasions while working for the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications in Bhutan. He has excellent technical skills, he understands the bhutanese culture, and most importantly with good intentions he is very committed to the advancement of dzongkha computing in its various aspects (proper rendering of its characters, digitalisation of source material, organisation of resources, etc.).
