No this is incorrect - Dzongkha & Tibetan transliteration in roman script works completely differently to transliteration for Indic languages - so the program will not work for converting Sanskrit transliteration to Tibetan script. The transliteration of śivo rakṣatu gīrvāṇabhāṣārasāsvādatatparān in Tibetan script would be something like: ཤི་ཝོ་ རཀྵ་ཏུ་ གཱིརྭཎཱ་བྷཱཥཱ་རསཱ་སྭཱ་ད་ཏ་པ་རཱན ~ (Though that is only an approximation).
